We proudly provide medical care for the entire ‘ohana.

Located at Kuakini Medical Plaza, our centrally located and newly renovated medical clinic provides Ke Ola Mamo patients with comprehensive, high quality support. While our focus is Native Hawaiian health, our clinic serves the people of Oʻahu regardless of ethnic or cultural background. We are currently accepting new patients, and we work with most insurance providers.

Primary Care Services

At Kuakini Medical Plaza, we provide comprehensive medical care in Adult Medicine. Our support goes beyond standard care—our Community Health Workers assist with complex forms and applications, including DHHS and other vital services. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Disease Control & Prevention

Chronic diseases are common and often costly, but we are here to help through education and prevention. We provide essential health education and screenings to address diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, obesity, respiratory conditions, and oral health. Our goal is not only to treat but also to empower you with the knowledge and resources needed to take control of your health, ensuring that our community thrives.

Healthcare Dedicated to You

At Ke Ola Mamo, we are deeply committed to the well-being of our Native Hawaiian community. We recognize that health is inseparable from culture and history, and we ensure that every step we take honors that connection. Native Hawaiians experience disproportionately high rates of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and cancer. These aren't just numbers; they represent the lives of families, individuals, and communities that we are dedicated to supporting.
