Partnered with the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, the Native Hawaiian & Utilities Assistance Program provides rental assistance for families impacted by the pandemic. Funds go directly to vendors with whom you have an obligation with.

Eligible Expenses:

  • Rent (maximum of 12 months)

  • Back rent from March 13, 2020 to current

  • Back payment on utilities going back to March 13, 2020
