Our Health Care Services
Your health is our concern. Native Hawaiians have the highest mortality rate of any ethnic group in Hawai‘i. Heart disease, diabetes, stroke and cancer are the main cause of early death.
Here are a list of services that we offer:
Primary Care Services
We offer medical examinations in Pediatrics, OBGYN, and Adult Medicine at Kuakini Medical Plaza, as well as Nursing Case Management. We also assist with forms and applications (DHHS, SSI, etc.)
Behavioral Health Services
We provide Individual, Group Counseling, Couples, and Family Counseling, Tobacco Cessation, Substance Abuse Services and Stress Management Workshops with Licensed Clinical Social Workers and other qualified individuals.
Nutritional Services
We provide nutrition counseling for individuals and families. Our nutritional services also include cooking demos and nutrition education. Our focus is to improve health outcomes through healthy eating.
Disease Control & Prevention
Chronic diseases are among the most common and costly of all health problems. We provide health education and screening to aid in the control and prevention of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke, obesity, respiratory diseases, and oral conditions.
