Project HOPE: Helping Our People Endure
The Farrington High Complex Schools partnering with the local community to provide 1,000 care packages for families in need. Roughly 60% of the almost 4, 500 students are of low socioeconomic statues, and many families are employed in tourisms or non-essential occupations are facing economic hardship due to the shelter-in-place orders to combat the spread of COVID-19.
Ke Ola Mamo was glad to participate in this community effort and was able to donate 1,000 pocket size hand sanitizers , 200 black drawstring backpacks, and 144 dental kits for this very needed project.
